Jaime-Jin’s Story
My mother was an early childhood educator. Evenings in our family were spent cleaning tiny tables and cutting out shapes for the next day’s activity. I learned early on the power of a gifted educator to shape a child’s life.
I’ve spent the past 17 years working in the education and care systems. During the pandemic lockdown in 2020, I set up and ran a childcare hotline for essential workers in New York City. Through this work, I connected directly with thousands of Family Child Care programs across the city (and country!).
Wiggle Room was founded to support childcare programs that are often overlooked so that more families have access to quality care. AutoEnroll is one of the first steps on this journey.
