Our “Why”
Wiggle Room is a tech startup tasked with making childcare as accessible as possible. We wake up every day motivated to fight for a better childcare system, which includes raising wages for the childcare workforce and expanding access to quality, affordable childcare for low-income parents so every child has access to the resources they need to thrive.
Wiggle Room is a public benefit corporation with a mission to improve lives through our business.

Wiggle Room was dreamt up by Jaime-Jin Lewis and Edwina Coburn-Spriggs as part of the Blue Ridge Labs Fellowship.
It went on to win a spot in the Catalyst Incubatorhood.org/catalyst/ and was supported by Amy Scott and Robyn Overstreet.
Wiggle Room won funding from The Robin Hood Foundation.
Wiggle Room is supported by The Workers Lab.
