Wiggle Room is a tech startup tasked with making childcare as accessible as possible.
We wake up every day motivated to fight for a better childcare system, which includes raising wages for the childcare workforce and expanding access to quality, affordable childcare for low-income parents so every child has access to the resources they need to thrive. Wiggle Room is a public benefit corporation with a mission to improve lives through our business.
Jaime-Jin’s story
Jaime-Jin Lewis
Wiggle Room Founder & CEO
My mother was an early childhood educator. Evenings in our family were spent cleaning tiny tables and cutting out shapes for the next day’s activity. I learned early on the power of a gifted educator to shape a child’s life.
I’ve spent the past 13 years working in the education and care systems. During the pandemic lockdown in 2020, I set up and ran a childcare hotline for essential workers in New York City. Through this work, I connected directly with thousands of Family Child Care programs across the city (and country!).
Wiggle Room was founded to support childcare programs that are often overlooked so that more families have access to quality care. AutoEnroll is one of the first steps on this journey. We would love to work with your program!
